1) To check availability and book this vacation rental online, choose your check-in and check-out dates by clicking them on the vacation rental calendar above. Alternately, type your dates in the format M/D/YYYY.
2) Click Book Now. If your reservation is available, you will be transferred to a safe and secure online booking system which will provide you with a rental total. You may then place your reservation in a few easy steps.

ONLINE BOOKING instructions:

Click on "Next Month" or "Previous Month" to change months (if necessary).
Click on the date you want to check-in (the date will turn Yellow)
Click on the date you want to check-out (one of the Green dates).
To start over, press the "CLEAR DATES" button.
Click on the "BOOK NOW" button to review prices, including fees, taxes, and security deposit.

Additional notes:

If a date is Red, it has already been reserved (note that you can check-out the same day another guest checks-in) .
For 9-month view, click "View Months", below calendar. To return to 1-month view (with Rates), click "$View Rates".
Cancel anytime prior to entering and confirming your credit card information.
Reserve easily on this secure site, with any major credit card, including American Express (AX), Mastercard (MC), Visa, and the Discover Card.
Your credit card will not be charged until after we accept your reservation. At that time, if your arrival date is more than 60 days away, we will charge 50% of the rent when you reserve, and the remaining 50% when within 60 days of your arrival. After we charge your credit card, we will send you a receipt.

The Security Deposit is fully refundable, assuming no damage, etc., and is released shortly after you check-out.
The Rental Agreement is signed electronically when you make your reservation.
Check-In time is 3:00 pm EST; Check-Out time is 10:00 am EST (check with us if you need to check in earlier, or check out later -- we may be able to help).
