1 Bedroom • 1 Bathroom 1 Bath • Sleeps 1-2***Decorated for Christmas! Welcome to The Little River Cabin! This special place is ideal for a romantic getaway or for anyone wanting to enjoy the Great Smoky National Park, hiking, swimming, fishing, tubing, or biking.
Nestled amongst a small group of sweet little cabins, there is a quaint, peaceful feeling when you arrive here. Enjoy the views and sound of the river from the cabin itself or take a short walk to our little community’s river entrance to go fishing or to swim. Enjoy the hot tub, firepit, arcade, gas fireplace, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, comfy king bed, and the park-style charcoal grill.
This cabin’s location is a gem! It is only ½ a mile to the National Park Entrance, 9 miles to Cades Cove, 18 miles to Pigeon Forge, 20 miles to Dollywood, 22 miles to Gatlinburg or Sevierville, & 27 miles to Knoxville’s Airport.
*Please note: There's no washer or dryer in this little cabin- so you'll have to pack accordingly or use the laundromat 2 miles down the road. Also, our shower is on the small side for tall people (like my hubby) although being an avid hiker- he claims this is a good tradeoff for the location! Lastly, please remember firewood and charcoal are not provided but can be found for sale just down the road.
Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-In time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM.

Hi, I'm Kristina and my husband is Chris. We are not a big company, managing dozens of properties- we only manage our own. We choose everything from the layout to the linens, with our guests' satisfaction in mind. Chris is from Mississippi. He is an Active Duty Air Force Chaplain who loves real estate and adventure. I, Kristina, am from the beautiful state of Minnesota. I will most likely answer any questions you have-- as I work from home surrounded by our three wonderful children and two golden retrievers. Whether you are planning a time of quiet rest or a fun-packed vacation, we want to provide an unforgettable getaway for all of our guests. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
