This cabin is 35 mins from major attractions, a 38 min drive to Gatlinburg, a 28 min drive to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood.

Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance under video surveillance. The pool is serviced Mondays & Thursdays. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-In time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. *Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we ask that you observe our neighborhood quiet hours between 9pm & 8am.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
