Good to Know Before You Book:
This is a studio-style, one-room cabin - with no separate bedroom. It is semi-rustic, meaning there is no dishwasher or washer or dryer. Lastly, a campground sits across the river and it may be more visible in fall/winter when leaves are off the trees.

House Rules & Policies:
Primary renter must be 25+
No pets
No parties or events
No smoking or drug use on the property
No fireworks
Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance
Signed rental agreement required prior to check-in
Check-in is anytime between 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
